Self-esteem is how we evaluate ourselves, in terms of our worth. If our self-esteem is low, we can find ourselves being overly critical of ourselves, and find it hard to engage in activities that we find anxiety-provoking. It can have a huge impact on our lives. Therefore, it’s important for us to learn how to improve our self esteem.
