I found Anjali via some amazing reviews on Google and had a good feeling that she was the therapist I should contact. Through completing CBT with her for (GAD) anxiety I am now able to do things I never would have before and my general day to day level of anxiety is hugely reduced to the point of almost being nonexistent. At the time of contacting her I wasn’t sure exactly whether I was deserving of treatment or even ‘bad enough’ to qualify, but it turns out I just didn’t know any different and was actually facing quite high levels of anxiety at the time. I would urge anybody feeling the same to at least have an assessment with her. She is so calm, non-judgmental, and supportive in her approach - if I could have her in my life as a friend I would!
