Download the ‘understanding my self-esteem’ worksheet using the button below. In CBT, we know that writing down what’s happening, is a great way to build self-awareness so that we can take steps to change how we’re feeling.
The worksheet builds on what you’ve just learnt in this module, by thinking about where your self-esteem is on the spectrum, what started your low self-esteem, and what impact this is having on you.
You’ll get the chance to then reflect on how things might be different for you going forward, which you can set as your goals.
